"Training Log" 2/15/2015-2/21/2015


Very cold week of commuting by bike.  -18 deg wind chills in the mornings and -10deg wind chills in after noon.  I worked 3 days this week so my bike miles are down a little.  I did however get a 5.5mile run in and thankfully no back pain.  I felt pretty good actually.  We received 5" of snow so Saturday I shoveled the driveway and sidewalks, hiked and sledded in the woods with the family, and then ran 5.5 miles on 5" of fresh powder, so a pretty good workout Saturday.



By bike: 36miles
By feet: 5.5miles
