"Training Log" 2/8/2015-2/14/2015
This weeks miles were all bike commuting. Weather turned cold again with multiple commutes in the single digits.
My back was still hurting so I decided to rest it for another week, so no miles by feet this week.
By bike: 48 miles
By feet: 0 miles.
